Our business is only being a shareholder of various companies which we plan to take public or that are already public and in need of a stronger investor to help the company succeed.

We will not invest in newly established companies. Our main focus is buying or investing in cash-flowing businesses and assets with future growth in the public markets. As shareholders of these businesses we can maximize the return to our shareholders with limited liability.
