Eurotex Finanz Inc. is dedicated to growing small businesses into big businesses; however, we are not engaged in any active business with the public. Our business is only being a shareholder of various companies which we plan to take public or that are already public and in need of a stronger investor to help the company succeed.

We will not invest in newly established companies unless they are founded by the principals of our company. Our main focus is buying or investing in cash-flowing businesses and assets with future growth in the public markets. As shareholders of these businesses we can maximize the return to our shareholders with limited liability.
