J.P. Fernandes, ESQ, Age 40

J.P. Fernandes is a transactional and commercial attorney who counsels businesses on a wide array of organizational questions and planning issues including shareholder, contract, corporate finance and private placements of debt and equity as well as buying or selling businesses. J.P. Fernandes is licensed by the Wisconsin State and Federal Bars and admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Court of International Trade (Customs Court Located in New York, New York). At 33 he was one of the youngest attorneys to appear before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. J.P. Fernandes graduated from Lawrence University and in the top of his law school class at Marquette University in 1997.

Greg Buczynski, Age 46

Greg is Certified Public Accountant with 24 years of audit, accounting, and finance experience. During his career, he was an audit partner with the largest public accounting firm in the world for 5 years (Deloitte), the founder and managing partner of a top 5 accounting firm's Denver office (McGladrey), and the CFO of an investment adviser and private equity firm for 2 years.

This unique combination of public accounting and CFO experience translates into an approach that provides clients with the necessary technical expertise and valuable insight on critical business issues. Using perspective gained on the inside of a company as a CFO, Greg compliments this with a wide range of business knowledge developed by serving as an audit partner and advisor to a countless number of audit and consulting clients both domestically and internationally.
