James T. White, age 25, is the President & CEO of Eurotex. Mr. White is an accomplished entrepreneur and has been in business for over twelve years. Mr. White, having been a successful and committed entrepreneur since early youth, has fought stereotypes of young people in the marketplace and is now deeply committed to building world-class businesses. Starting at the age of twelve and armed only with a $20 snow shovel, he created a multi-million dollar empire spanning several industries and dozens of companies. Mr. White has also entertained a venture as an Executive Producer, becoming the owner of several American television shows. He provided people across the globe with financial advice and offered ideas and support to build a long-lasting budget and foundation.
Mr. White devotes 100% of his working time (which includes nearly all of his waking time) to the management and success of the Company. Mr. White is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Company’s activities, including retaining consultants, working with the Company’s accountants, consultants and professional advisors, and arranging for financing of the Company’s activities. He is also responsible for establishing and maintaining disclosure controls and procedures and internal control over financial reporting for the Company with the aid of Jason Hastie.

Jason Hastie MPAcc CA, Independent Advisor to the CEO & CFO (Canada)

Jason Hastie, Independent Advisor to the CEO, age 34, Director, assisting interim CFO John Lundberg, and will assist in selecting the CFO with John Lundberg. Jason is originally from Saskatchewan, Canada. He completed his undergraduate degree (Commerce) in 1999 and his graduate degree (Masters of Professional Accounting) in 2000 at the University of Saskatchewan. Jason obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. He currently resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, owns three companies, multiple properties, and is also the lead singer in a country band called Six West (www.sixwestmusic.com). Although his businesses are diverse, his focus remains on sustaining enjoyment, excitement and profitability in each.

Angela Hillis, Consultant to the CEO (USA)

Angela Hillis, age 39, is a U.S. consultant working with Mr. White. She is an accomplished business woman with extensive experience in business development. Mrs. Hillis graduated from Visual and Performing Arts High School and attended college at the University of Missouri, St Louis in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and psychology. Already aware of her talents she managed business at the young age of 20. By the age of 24, her entrepreneurial mind-set resulted in the launch of her first company which she developed and grew into a multi-million dollar Nationally Ranked Sales Organization. She has since advanced in the Financial Services Industry, now serving as Vice President to a multi-million dollar marketing organization for Mortgage Insurance Sales. Mrs. Hillis is an accomplished recruiter, trainer, mentor, advisor, and speaker and currently engages in Real Estate Management and Investment.

John Lundberg, Interim CFO & Consultant (Canada)

John Lundberg, age 64, CFO and Director. John Lundberg was born in Edmonton, Alberta and began working as a surveyor and field engineer on various construction projects for a number of companies around British Columbia. Mr. Lundberg earned his accounting diploma from Cariboo College, Kamloops, British Columbia (now called Thompson Rivers University) and his Certified Management Accountant program (at that time called Registered Industrial Accountant program) and was granted designation in 1984.
Mr. Lundberg was previously employed by AMEC (originally H.A. Simons Ltd of Vancouver, British Columbia which was purchased by AGRA and then AMEC) from 1989 to 2007 as Cost Engineer working on international projects most of that time. He is currently employed by Colt WorleyParsons in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Lundberg devotes approximately 25% of his working time to the management of the Company. Mr. Lundberg will work as a consultant and will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s annual and interim filings of financial statements, management discussions and analysis, and certifications are properly completed and filed in a timely manner.

Evilio (John) Gomez-Garcia, Consultant (Canada)

Evilio (John) Gomez-Garcia, age 44, John has 20 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, and business development with public and private companies. He has developed and managed communications programs for several leading Canadian and international companies including corporations listed on the NASDAQ, TSX and Singapore Stock Exchanges. Mr. Gomez is also an entrepreneur with interests in several businesses.
He is President and founder of White Gold Corp., a mineral exploration company in Colombia; founder of U3O8.biz, a leading online information portal on the uranium industry; and founder of MayanRiviera.travel, an online travel agency.
Mr. Gomez has a B.A. from the University of Victoria, British Columbia. He has also completed the “Canadian Securities Course” and “Public Companies – Better, Faster, Cheaper” course. Mr. Gomez-Garica devotes approximately 10 % of his working time to the management of the Company.

Garland Curtis, Consultant (Canada)

Garland Curtis, age 36, is a consultant to James Timothy White. He is a New Brunswick
native who began working in the lumber industry when he was 15 years old. Mr. Curtis has since gone on to earn a Diploma in Business Management from Keyano College. He holds a double-major in Human Resources / Industrial Relations from the University of Lethbridge and he is currently working toward the successful completion of an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Curtis brings an appreciation of culture and world exposure to the team from his international experiences in Canada, Yemen, United States, and more.
