• We carefully consider the risks our Clients place on us and how these risks affect our ability to provide our various products and services to them.
• Every Client is different and every Client changes the dynamics of our risk portfolio. We must think about this a lot.
• We encourage our clients to think deeply, creatively and laterally.
• We aim to do what is right for our clients, not just what they want. We are not ‘yes’ people. We endeavour to challenge our clients and be completely honest in our counsel.
