Eurotex Finanz Inc.  is a private non-reporting Canadian company which is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Ticker: KFE). We are a financial holding company committed to building a strong business community internationally.

The major directive is to invest in  established public companies which will pay consistent dividends or newly public companies where we may take a large stake in the business for a reasonable price and sell the stock at a later date for profit. We also have many great ideas which come from the minds of our entrepreneurial associates; these ideas are then funneled through our research and analysis team. Most of these possible ventures, we admit, are too risky for the company, but a select few have actually proven to be vital in the ultimate success of Eurotex Finanz as a company.

We are not engaged in any active business with the public, except our unique shareholder base. Our business is only being a shareholder of various companies, and as shareholders of these businesses, we can maximize the return to our own shareholders with limited liability.

We will not invest in newly established private companies.
